Writing Everyday

I have been struggling with finding something to write about but feeling the need to write.  I guess it’s writer’s block.  I’ll sit in front of my computer for a long time and just never be able to get the words out of my head.  So I have decided that I will be working on writing every day.  They say that’s what good writers do.

In order to do that, I plan to do some writing prompts each day. There are so many websites out there with fun writing prompts.

I’m also working on my outline for a book that I would like to write (I don’t know that anything will come of it but I will try).

It will be about my life and the struggles and joys.  Mental illness and mental health.  Loss.  Grief.  Ministry.  Trauma.  Abuse.  Family.  Love.  Joy.  Addiction/alcoholism.  Sobriety.  Treatment centers.  Work history.  Jesus. Fellowship.  Friendship.  Being in God’s creation.  Gratitude.  And so much more.

I think I will share pieces of it on my blog, so keep an eye out.
