Meal Plan, Week of January 28th through February 3rd

Meal planning didn’t go as great this time around.  I had a bad week last week so I kind of just threw some things in my cart and decided that I would figure some meals out with what I ordered and what we already have.  We have so much food so it shouldn’t be hard.  We’ll see!  Haha.  I don’t do this often, but it works out.


  • Fried eggs, sausage, toast on homemade bread with peanut butter and honey; fruit
  • Green protein smoothie, eggs, and toast with peanut butter and honey
  • Homemade yogurt (I’m working on new recipes for regular and Greek yogurt) with homemade granola


  • Leftovers
  • Sandwich, veggies and hummus, and chips
  • Finger foods


  • Greek yogurt
  • String cheese
  • Granola bars
  • Fruit and veggies
  • Almonds


  • Monday- Brinner (bacon, eggs, and homemade biscuits)
  • Tuesday- Taco bake with avocado, tomatoes, and lettuce (we didn’t get to it last week)
  • Wednesday- Homemade pizza and Greek salad (with friends)
  • Thursday- Roasted chicken thighs, salad, and brown rice
  • Friday- Karis is cooking: Homemade baked mac n cheese, chicken sausage, frozen veggies
  • Saturday- Dining hall for lunch (burgers) and dinner (chicken tenders)
  • Sunday- Pasta and sauce, salad

Super easy week this week.  I need it.
