Meal Plan, February 25th through March 10th

Wow!  Two weeks till Spring Break!!!  It seems like school just started this semester and we’re already landing on Spring Break soon.  Pretty exciting!

I went ahead and came up with two weeks’ worth of meals again because the boys and I will be gone next week, then we’ll all be gone next weekend.  It’s a pretty easy plan and there’s a few things that I’m just repeating and I’m using some frozen foods just as we get through this transition from schooling to homeschooling.

Breakfasts

  • Fried eggs, sausage, and peanut butter toast
  • Breakfast tacos
  • Green smoothies and toast

Lunches

  • Quesadillas with beans and cheese
  • Finger foods
  • Sandwiches, fruit, and chips

Dinners

Week 1

(the boys and I will be gone till Thursday)

  • Monday- Nuggets and mac n cheese
  • Tuesday- Frozen pizza
  • Wednesday- Nachos
  • Thursday- Brinner
  • Friday- Out of town
  • Saturday- Out of town
  • Sunday- Out of town

Week 2

  • Monday- Grilled cheese and tomato soup
  • Tuesday- Soft tacos
  • Wednesday- Picnic dinner in Rocksprings
  • Thursday- Brinner
  • Friday- Pizza
  • Saturday- Chili
  • Sunday- Fried backstrap, okra, and salad

See?  Super simple and mostly frozen foods.  Haha.  We’ll get back to more nutritious meals in a few weeks!
