Meal Plan, July 15th through July 21st

I have decided that it’s time to start working on routine. We have been making sure the kids go to bed earlier. I am also starting to meal plan again and we will be eating more meals at home. I’m kind of over eating in the dining hall because I want nutritious food.

So, here’s my meal plan!


  • Kodiak cakes, eggs, and fruit
  • Green protein smoothie and toast with almond butter and raw honey
  • Fried eggs, roasted veggies, and toast with peanut butter and raw honey


  • Finger foods
  • Sandwich, chips, and veggies/fruit
  • Cottage cheese, Triscuits, and veggies/fruit
  • Black bean and cheese quesadillas
  • Big salad with chickpeas and lots of veggies, toast with butter and honey


  • Monday- Homemade pizza (with a friend)
  • Tuesday- Fish tacos with cod and homemade coleslaw
  • Wednesday- Meatballs, salad, garlic bread, and pasta with sauce
  • Thursday- Turkey/grass fed beef patties, roasted veggies, and toast with butter
  • Friday- Homemade ramen and mini icebox pies (with our HAF home)
  • Saturday- Tostadas with homemade shells, homemade refried beans, taco meat, and veggies
  • Sunday- Smoked chicken thighs, salad, and baked potatoes


  • Homemade “Lara bars”
  • Trail mix
  • Nuts
  • Chips and hummus
  • Fruit/veggies


  • Make homemade bread
  • Veggie tray
  • Fruit tray
  • Homemade “Lara bars”
  • Boil eggs
  • Make homemade yogurt

Hopefully I’ll stick with this. We really need to!
