Two Week Meal Plan, August 25th through September 8th

School starts Monday and so does our meal plan! Actually I’m starting that tomorrow (Sunday).

I planned on my phone this time around because it was just easier. So I’m just copying and pasting here!


  • Sunday, 25th- Braised lamb, rosemary roasted golden potatoes๐Ÿฅ”, steamed broccoli ๐Ÿฅฆ
  • Monday, 26th- Pork chops, roasted Brussels sprouts and yellow beets, homemade bread
  • Tuesday, 27th- Natural beef dogs ๐ŸŒญ and veggie tray
  • Wednesday, 28th- Hamburgers ๐Ÿ” and veggie tray
  • Thursday, 29th- Meat loaf, mashed potatoes ๐Ÿฅ”, and roasted yellow squash
  • Friday, 30th- Pita ๐Ÿฅ™ pizzas ๐Ÿ• and veggie tray
  • Saturday and Sunday- Dining Hall
  • Monday, 3rd- Progressive dinner
  • Tuesday, 4th-Brinner (bacon ๐Ÿฅ“, pancakes ๐Ÿฅž , fruit ๐Ÿ‰, and eggs ๐Ÿณ)
  • Wednesday, 5th- Black beans and cilantro lime rice ๐Ÿš
  • Thursday, 6th- Venison pasta sauce ๐Ÿ and whole wheat capellini
  • Friday, 7th- Venison roast with salad and brown rice ๐Ÿš
  • Saturday, 8th- Chili and homemade cornbread


  • Pitas ๐Ÿฅ™ with meat and cheese (dairy free for me), side salad, fruit
  • Boiled eggs ๐Ÿฅš, Daiya yogurt, lunch meat, veggies ๐Ÿฅ• and hummus, fruit ๐ŸŽ, and Triscuits
  • PBJ sandwich ๐Ÿฅช, veggie tray
  • Natural, whole wheat chicken nuggets, veggie tray and hummus, fruit
  • Vegan Mac and cheese, veggie tray
  • Green protein smoothie and banana ๐ŸŒ pumpkin ๐ŸŽƒ muffin or whole wheat flax waffle with PB


  • Fried eggs ๐Ÿณ, roasted Brussel sprouts, toast with Earth Balance โ€œbutterโ€

  • Bake bread ๐Ÿž and cornbread fresh the day of

  • Start over with veggie ๐Ÿฅฆ tray
  • Cut watermelon ๐Ÿ‰
  • Make fruit salad
  • Thaw meat for the week
