My Plans for this Week

I’m excited to have a week at home. I will be going to town on Friday for groceries and things, but that’s it. A week at home is so needed.

I’ll share a few things in this post…

Meal Plan

Dinners

  • Monday- Egg roll in a bowl
  • Tuesday- Curry chicken, rice, and cucumber raita
  • Wednesday- Baked chicken, steamed broccoli, sweet potatoes
  • Thursday- Pork loin, Brussel sprouts, and potatoes
  • Friday- Brinner: bacon, eggs, and pancakes
  • Saturday- Hot dogs and chips
  • Sunday- Homemade ramen

Lunches

  • Quesadillas and veggie tray
  • Finger foods
  • Sandwiches
  • Pan seared salmon and veggies

Breakfast

  • Fried eggs
  • Pancakes
  • Fruit
  • Bacon
  • Green smoothie
  • Paleo muffins

School Plans

Other Plans

  • Lots of self care. I hope to do a bit of yoga and maybe go on a hike. I need to be consistent to take my meds.
  • Dinner with friends on Tuesday (and hair cuts for Karis and Ethan)
  • New health plan meeting on Wednesday at 11
  • Levi’s birthday party on Saturday
  • Church on Sunday
