Meal Planning

I use this “meal planning hub” to plan my meals and then I type them up on my blog!

The first thing I do is plan my meals by typing it out in a blog post.  Then I copy and paste into a Google doc and print it.  I then make a grocery list, do my shopping, and prep.  I usually plan for 2 weeks at a time.  I’m flexible if I need to move meals around or plan something different, but for the most part I follow this.

Here’s an example meal plan that I type on my blog: September 9-22nd.

In my kitchen, on a white board, I hang the meal plan and prep list.

I use one cookbook ALL the time, and other recipes I use are on my blog, in my recipe binder, or online.
